Returns
If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, either log into your Novizou account and request a refund or reach out to us by sending an email to info@novizou.com.
For returns of unused items, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate the return process. To get started, either log into your Novizou account and request a refund or reach out to us by sending an email to info@novizou.com. Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition with an unbroken seal. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Warranty
Our ceramic diffusers come with a 2 year warranty promise from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials or workmanship
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or discoloration
- Accidental damage
If your diffuser has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We’ll repair or replace the diffuser at no additional cost.
